The Village of New Paltz Planning Board is holding a special meeting on Tuesday, December 22, at 11 a.m. to observe and to discuss a proposal by property owner, Mr. Guy Caffrey, of Caffrey Property Management Corp.

The meeting will be held at the Pencil Hill Road property, SBL 86.41-2-16.100, located at the intersection of Pencil Hill Road, Mohonk Avenue and Plains Road.
