WHEREAS, the general election of the Village of New Paltz, Ulster County, New York, was held on May 3, 2011 and I, the undersigned, was duly authorized and acted as the Election Officer in the election district thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, I do hereby affirm that I canvassed the vote cast at said general election and the total number of votes case doe the office to was as follows:
