To appeal a parking violations ticket, please complete the Request for a Court Hearing Form and return the completed Request for a Court Hearing Form, along with the original parking ticket, to the address on the Form. The Court Clerks of the Town of New Paltz will contact you, via mail, with a court date at the address you listed on your Request for a Court Hearing Form.

For Moving Violations, including seatbelts, cell phones, speeding, etc., please call the Court Clerk at 845.255.0041 or 845.255.0043.
