PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of New Paltz will hold a Public Hearing to consider applications for area variances from Chapter 212 of the Code of the Village of New Paltz, as follows:

For: Area Variance Requests
Locations: 1) 5 Cooper Street [Tax Map ID#78.82-3-27] for one building height variance; and
2) 9 Cooper Street [Tax Map ID#78.82-3-28] for one building height variance and one rear yard setback variance; and
3) 13 Cooper Street [Tax Map ID#78.82-3-29] for one building height variance; and
4) 17 Cooper Street [Tax Map ID#78.82-3-30] for one building height variance.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that there will be a continuation of a public hearing conducted on September 8, 2015 and October 13, 2015 for the following variance applications:

2) 9 Cooper Street [Tax Map ID#78.82-3-28] for one front yard setback variance; and
3) 17 Cooper Street [Tax Map ID#78.82-3-30] for one front yard setback variance.

This is a public hearing to consider the above area variance request and to consider the potential adverse environmental impacts of the action pursuant to SEQRA.
Said board will at said time hear all persons in support of such matter or any objections thereto during the public hearing at 25 Plattekill Avenue in order of appearance on the agenda. Comments submitted in writing must be received before 4:00 pm on the date of the above hearing and be addressed to:
