NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Village Board of the Village of New Paltz will receive sealed bids on the following until 11:00am June 20, 2016 at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of New Paltz, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, NY 12561
New Pumper Fire Truck
All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read on June 20, 2016 at 11:00am. in the large meeting room at Village Hall.
Bidding and Specification forms for this item may be obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of New Paltz, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York 12561 in person or by contacting the Village Clerk at (845) 255-0130.
All bids must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.
The Village Board of the Village of New Paltz reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
