NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of New Paltz, Ulster County, State of New York, on the application of Julia Robbins and Nicole Langlois/One EPIC Place for a certificate of appropriateness to install front logo and signage and rear signage at 122 Main Street in the Village of New Paltz, a locally designated historic landmark owned by Vanderlyn Pine/Old Dutch Enterprises, 18 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York.

The public hearing will take place at Village Hall, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York, at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2016. The Village of New Paltz will make every effort to ensure that the public hearing is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Commission at hpc@villageofnewpaltz.org at least five days prior to the hearing date.

The application is available for review at the Village of New Paltz Building Department, 25 Plattekill Avenue, New Paltz, New York, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
