At the 2018-08-22 Village Board meeting, the Board voted to refer the Final Draft of the NBR Rezoning to the Village Planning Board to review and make recommendations on. The Planning Board has 45 days to review and respond.
The ad hoc NBR Review Committee was appointed in February 2017 to address key zoning and planning issues in the Neighborhood Business Residence District (NBR) that became apparent as concerns were raised in the Zero Place SEQRA process. From March through August, the committee met every other week.
